You have to be a petty person to be bothered by something as trivial as that.
Personally, I've never seen anyone put their feet on a TV.
I think it's fascinating peering in people's windows too, but only as I pass by; I would never stop and boldly stare though. Dusk is the best time to go for a snoopy walk because people turn their lights on right away, but they forget to close the curtains until later. Hello goldfish bowl!
