You know what they say, "you can't teach an old dog new tricks". I think they were referring to your boyfriend. He will never change and you obviously know at his age this is not appropriate and it's not even appropriate for somebody younger. You can either stay and deal with this dumb behavior or you can leave and not deal with it.
