  • Like you I am more afraid of the GOP although I am also scared of the democrats.

I will either vote for Obama or not vote at all.

I think McCain is a great man and would be a good president, but the people he has surrounded himself with including his moose hunting VP make me want to puke.

Then again, living in New York means that my vote will be meaningless anyway because there is absolutely ZERO chance that Obama will not win New York.

    • Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. New York is so Liberal, that I can't this state going to John McCain! I mean, with the New York City vote and all the major cities in this state, the state will surely go to Obama.

An example of what I just said was the 2004 elections. For some reason, my parents were going to vote for Bush. I told them "Don't even bother, Kerry will win this state." They acted like I was nuts and told me it would help Bush with the popular vote. But they didn't quite understand the electoral vote and that New York was too liberal, and that the state would go to Kerry. So, basically, I will still vote for Obama, even though we know he will win this state. It's just that it is my first time voting in a national election, and I really wanna be a part of it.

And I think you would agree, that, both parties are shit...it's just that we gotta weed out the better of two evils...and I think that Obama is the pick.

And also, please tell me...why in the world did John McPain pick Palin? LOL
