Like music, for instance, I just play the weird shit i like to my friends over and over again until they like it...just like the radio does. Haha! Repetition works.
P.S. Just because people make fun of your taste doesn't necessarily mean they are judging you. Sometimes they are just being playful. Sometimes they just need to acquire a taste for it.
