Actually how you feel on the inside is most important...yeah looks always help, but let's face it, your face will start to age and you will lose your elasticity, but that's apart of life.
A comfortable old age is the reward of a well-spent youth. Instead of it bringing sadness and melancholy prospects of decay, it would give us hopes of eternal youth in a better world.
