  • Wow! Well done! Ninety two pounds weight loss is an achievement regardless of starting weight. In your case, it's a huge achievement because it represents a third of your whole body weight as fat. Plus you've added muscle mass. That's pretty impressive.

    Depending on just how much muscle you've got there, it sounds like you could be cruising around a good weight for you. One of my friends is about your height and weight and aside from a bit of a beer gut (which he really should lose) nobody could accuse him of being out of shape.

    Only thing to bear in mind, though, is that if you want to maintain a large amount of muscle as part of your regular weight, you need to put in the effort to keep it.
