I think your reasoning is logical but you still have to be direct,you don't have to tell him your exact reasoning but you mine as well tell the poor guy something.I know I'm not gonna date a girl I personally find ugly just because she is financially stable,its mean to who is your dating,they expect you to enjoy the sex because your together.Girls have wanted to date me on numerous occasions and I said I wasn't interested,sometimes I might have fucked up idk.But I would rather date a girl low on the totem pole who is cute and relatable then one who just has benefit's, when you say it out loud it sounds sad and cruel.
