You will leave when you can't take it anymore. You have not reached that point yet, otherwise you would not be here asking for answers. He is not your husband yet so you can still walk out over something like this. It sounds like he likes heroin more than you, people do what they love to do, plain and simple. At the very least it's time to pull the "i need some time" card and hope that it triggers a response in him after a few days of you walking out on him.
