Well I think this can workout but you'll chase her away if you keep pushing like this. Stop saying you're perfect for eachother, stop being avaliable. Remember you're on your own. Be a little more selfish. Make her jealous, make her angry, play with her a little. Make her think she's going to lose her chance if she doesn't act soon. When you're sure she really wants you just stop talking crap and kiss her. See if that works out.
