It sounds to me like you've fallen for your other friend whilst being with your girlfriend and don't know what to do.
Having fantasies is okay but when it's not a fantasy and is an actual want/need then it's a problem.
Only you know how you are feeling. Does your love for your girlfriend outweigh the desire for your other friend?
If yes, you know the right thing to do but if no, you need to seriously consider what to do and how you feel before doing anything. Good luck :)
