Maybe he really IS tired.
Nobody sleeps all day long; you may have given up too early.
I don't think you need to dump him (like the others suggested above), but I think you need to explain to him (and not in an angry way) that it hurts your feelings that he would rather sleep than dedicate his entire day off to you.
My husband works shift work that doesn't coincide with my hectic schedule very well. Some days are harder on him than others, so if he needs the extra sleep, I always let him sleep, even if we had plans. It's not like he's sleep deprived because he doesn't want to spend time with me; it's just that we are both adults and realize that sometimes you just need those extra hours or you're not going to function properly.

I DONT want to break up with him i do love him andi know he loves me!! This is the only thing we ever fall out over!! He slept like 22 hours yesterday so im now making him get his house checked to see if he has a gas leak (as i have smelt it a few time and all the symtoms match him) so hopefully if we can get that sorted this problem wont be as big as it is now!! thanks all for your advice :D
