1. Completely normal. Whenever you're immersed in another language (TV and media do count), you can end up thinking and speaking in that language without really even conscious thought.
2. Have you ever actually considered writing a fantasy book to try and get a lot of this out of your head? There's no real problem with running thought experiments in your head; they help to develop your critical thinking skills to some degree.
3. Completely normal. I think the only reason anyone thinks it's not is because everyone does this in private. Voicing your thoughts helps to organize and retain them, which is why it's so common among people.
4. You have an imagination, nothing wrong with that. If you're able, drawing out or writing out some of these scenes may be helpful for you to work your mind down.
I wouldn't have known English wasn't your first language unless you mentioned it.
I feel a bit more normal now, but I still find the fourth subject very unusual since I have Googled it but still haven't found another person who does this.
Also as you can tell from my description I play a lot of games which I believe might have something to do with my "Mind films" since I image the characters from games I have spent much time in playing such as "Assassin's Creed" and "Grand Theft Auto IV". I don't image a character from a movie that I've seen however, maybe the plot but not the actual people in it.
And yes, maybe I could write a story down, it could be fun to read in the future when I'm older.
Am I insane? IIN?

If you were insane you wouldn't be aware of it in the sense that you'd ask others and be able to point out specifics.
