Hi, firstly I agree with Richard, if you think you are a psychopath you probably aren't, as most of them don't have the self-awareness you do. Some of your behaviour is a bit worrying as well, mostly the hurting animals part... try counting to 10 or any other distraction methods you can think of before you do it again. Maybe have something set in your mind you can do instead and stick to it. Secondly, you say you have OCD and anxiety, are you getting any help? There are lots of things your doctor can do for you, anti anxiety medications might help you feel better if prescribed for a short while, and although the idea of therapy might seem repulsive when you are so young... it can be really helpful, you can talk through some of these worries you have and they can plan some strategies for coping with some of the compulsions and worries you get. Therapy isn't just some psychiatrist sitting there saying "how do you feel about that?" anymore, its much more tailored towards you. I wouldn't feel embarrassed about asking for help, OCD is as much as an issue for you as any other health condition would be. Wow i sound like an advert for psychotherapy. Hope my advice is helpful in some way, i wouldn't worry about being abnormal, you're just coping with normal stressful emotions in an abnormal way ... and you just need to learn how to cope with them in the way best for you, (hopefully without animal abusing also- try and imagine empathy if you can't actually feel it.). I wish you good luck with finding that way :)
Am I going to become a serial killer or something?
