Am i dumb for wanting this?
So am I dumb for wanting to be 18 and wanting to leave my city, my family and everything else that made me the way I am.
I am a little confused,broken and hurt.

No that's just a normal teenager.
You'll learn to appreciate your family one day, probably when they die and you can't do anything about it to see them again.
As for wanting to leave your town, probably quite normal at any age tbh, especially if it's out in the sticks.

As a baseline that's pretty common to want to run away, but there's simply not enough information to justify an opinion. Most problems aren't as big as they feel, running away isn't alwas the solution and when it is there's a plan going forward and not just a desire.
