I would have to hear more to have an opinion about whether you are insane or not, but the fact that you are worried that it is insane thinking is a good sign. If you were insane, you would probably think everything's fine with you.
I too think about the world's problems, sometimes too much. I think you just have a vivid imagination, maybe also a religious background?
