Am I allowed to date someone online and someone else in person?

If you think you're dating someone online, NEWS FLASH, You're Not.

Online dating means you met someone online to later meet in person. If you only chat with that person online, then you have a pen-pal, a friend, or just someone who you cybersex with... NOT Dating. Even if you make a "commitment" to not chat with other people... it is still not considered dating simply because you haven't gone on a real date. Perhaps, you share virtual time together, but that's not a date, it's more like you're dating your computer, and there just happens to be other people online at the same time you are, and you can talk to them. No, it's not dating.

I can see how someone can be confused about this... if they don't date much, or if they are new to dating... but dating means going outside your home, meeting someone, spending time with them, holding hands, kissing, and sharing your lives together - you know, actually having a date.
