A "whore" is an occupation. You said you're a waitress, if you quit and became an accountant would you still be a waitress?
Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with prostitution, but some say my moral compass is broken (I say, "What moral compass?"). If you are okay with doing it then it's okay, unless of course it's illegal where you are, then you could get in trouble legally, but that sort of goes without saying. But at the end of the day you're the boss of you. You can do what you like, set whatever limits you want and enjoy the freedom of being your own person.
