I have a friend who died. We were not super close, but friends, we went to school together for one year.
I just looked at his facebook. I noticed the 'poke' button and had to resist poking him. I then laughed my ass off. Is it normal to think like this?
It's a way better film if he pokes me back on facebook (first act). Then a correspondence ensues and it turns out (end of second act) that no one is actually monitoring his account. (third act) Then I start losing my mind.
Sounds like you are in denial and losing your mind cause you can't truly accept that he's gone.
Oh, and STOP TRYING TO POKE THE DEAD, YOU MORON! IT'S PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO CAUSE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSES!
I don't think there is anything wrong with treating death with a little bit of humor.
Lol, a few people have died at my school, and I couldnt resist friend requesting them on Facebook. I laughed pretty hard haha
Hey, there is nothing wrong with that, maybe it is your way of coping. If the dead can vote in some countries and Mormons can recruit dead people then a small FB joke is nothing.
You are a dick like every body else... Im the same way i find stuff very funny and i feel bad sometimes but its funny... The guy is gone and its not ok but is not bad eather sooo what is the big deal... To me life us a very serious matter but at the same time its not.... Meet me half way on this one:)

There was a same situation a year ago where I had the chance of adding some chick on Facebook, who died by getting hit by a car.

but i sorta agree w/ the first comment. are u sad about the fact that he's gone? if not, you're probably in denial or refusing to accept it.
