It might be hard (no pun intended) for a 62 year old to get a 20 year old unless you are in great shape, but someone in her early 30's is doable.
I'm over 45 and the average age of women I bed is 22, and that average hasn't budged in 20 years. (It also takes two 18 year olds to make up for one 30 year old when I slip up)
Find attractive older women to look at. There are plenty with excellent bodies. The young girls should look like children to you! You baby boomers have been brainwashed to believe that only young women are attractive because you were submerged in the youth worshipping 60's and 70's. A 50 year old woman now can look 30 where back in the 60 'a women aged quickly and didn't stay I'm shape.
