hey at least you can still get a rock hard one. I was watching this really bad movie called Bubba Ho-Tep where Elvis is in fact alive resigned to an old folks home and an attractive young female visitor is in the room and she bends over and Elvis's voiceover goes
"I felt something down below I hadn't felt in a long time, like the flutter of a dying pigeon"

I laughed for almost 5 minutes over that.
