  • Tolerance breeds ignorance apparently.

    • Accepting other viewpoints gives makes you more open minded. I'd associate ignorance with closed-mindedness. Not with tolerance.

      • Yeah you're right. But it's that Everyone is accepting the same view point here that im talking about lol? Sounds pretty close minded to me!

You're backing up the point i'm trying to make, that people shouldn't just jump at the politically correct opinion that was given, without thinking about it a little deeper.

As everyone agreed with this one opinion (without giving one of their own lol) and i gave an alternative, i'm the one who gave the other view point.

        • Yeah, but you shouldn't disagree for the sake of disagreeing either. A lot of people thought this way, long before NeuroNeptunian made the comment.

In some discussions, it's true that people prefer to side with what's 'politically correct' over what they really think. But I don't think that's the case here.

I know i come across that way, but i really do mean what i say. Alot of people on here think i troll, and i do. But not all the time, quite often i am being deadly serious.

Well said. I just think alot more people side with the "PC" stance out of stupidity than those who don't.
