I know and feel your pain. I have messed up sleeping patterns and sometimes randomly fall asleep at most weird places and times because I get soooo tired and just can't fight it.
Something that helps me is to avoid food with sugar or refined carbs. Avoid at all costs and have unrefined carbs and protein instead. It helps to keep your blood sugar level. Good luck with your SAT exam!
