    Are you grooming? Your private areas require a certien amount of care. So that it does not get unruly and tangled.

    I'm a boy and I've often got my hand down my pants when in private. People may think it's sexual but it really isn't. It's just a habit and I often don't even notice it. I know exactly what you mean and if it's normal for me, I don't see why it shouldn't be normal for you too.
