I remember how unbelievably sad it was when the dolphins were frolicking around the boat and there would be nobody to share the experience with.
No, I don't mean to put you down, but I honestly believe you are missing the best of life. People are not perfect and you could just accept them as they are, not give up and hide away in solitude.
