All of my friends love hetalia and i hate it!

All of my friends are watching the new craze "hetalia" and I for one HATE ITS GUTS! This is the only thing they EVER talk about! I still do like animes, such as Bleach, Digimon, and Fullmetal Alchemist. BUT one of my friends tried to make me watch one of the 5 minute episodes of this horriable show, and I almost puked over its stupidity and retardedness! Also, I love funny shows that use crude humor (I'm obsessed with South Park) but for some reason I can't watch hetalia, it's just pushing the stupidity to a whole new level! I don't want to stop hanging out with my friends because they never did anything wrong, they are just expressing their love for a show. But I'm mad about them talking about it constently around me, considering they know I hate it. I really need help over this. Please no "I LOVE HETALIA YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT!!!" comments, cause trust me, I hear about it 24/7, I do. Any comments that are rude and like the one I listed above will be blocked. I want honest feedback!

    What you do not understand is hentelia is basically one big stereotype. Once you realize this you will get it. It is not crude funny humour and I agree its not THAT funny. I have seen it though. Its very lite stupid stereotypes not strong enough to be offensive but not strongly funny either. Yeah I can see why you are annoyed.

      Also I do not mean get it as think its funny. I mean get it as understand what the show is trying to do. You think it is suppose to be like family or southpark but it really isnt.

    I have a reversed problem. fullmetal alchemist is my favorite so but none of my friends like it so i just talk about somethime else. So next time they talk about it try to change the subject.

    I've never seen it myself (So I can't comment on how I feel about it), but hopefully the hype for it will die down sooner or later and then your friends might something else to talk about.
