Anger is a big part of grief, but not always seen as acceptable, that's why there are so many family fights after a a death.
A wise friend told me once to "beware of misdirected rage" from someone who had 2 close people die in a short space of time, and I've looked out for it since around death adn bereavement.
Go and howl on those moors - they sound the perfect place to let it out!
All I want to do is scream?
