    It is NEVER a good idea to consort at work. With only the rarest of exception, such connections WILL work out badly. They don't last, and - likely as not - someone loses their job and their reputation.

            17 is not a good time to have a baby. I found I wasn't ready at 25 my wife wasn't either at 24. To much fun things we still had not done. How old is he? and does he have kids?
