1. Don't stress over getting perfect grades until you're in the last couple years of high school. Universities don't even look at your jr. high marks. Getting 100% on every spelling test in elementary school only makes everyone think you're a nerd/teacher's pet. You're not proving anything to anyone.
2. Everything you care about right now doesn't really matter, so just forget it, you'll be saving yourself a lot of tears and agony.
3. Don't make friends with "D", he'll only blackmail you, lie to you, break promises, and try to ruin your life later.
4. Take more risks and stop caring about what other people might think of you.
5. Ask the girl out. Rejection isn't the end of the world.
6. Just because you don't care about your clothes or your hair doesn't mean the world won't judge you for it. You'll have more opportunities if you care about your appearance a little more.
7. Write everything down, because you won't be able to remember it all later.
8. Go after your dreams before it's too late. Stop taking yourself so seriously. You're not special. Nobody owes you anything.
9. Spend more time with your grandmother, because she won't be around to see you all grown up. You'll come to regret not asking her and showing her a million different things.
