We started chatting on myspace, and the chatting escalated to flirty and seductive shit. Mind you, there were circumstances that caused me to make very poor decision. Anyway, after a while, I half woke up to the reality that this was horrifying and the other half was I found his dirty letters to some nasty old whore who lived near him. And then I was like FUUUUUUUUUU- no. This is over.
But that wasn't it for my best friend's uncles. (I'm a horrible person, I'm aware). We were away, visiting another country, her Mom's home country. She had this really attractive uncle... and I mean, I wasn't going to do anything, but I was definitely a leeeedle flirty. But between finding out a horrifying family secret, no, TWO horrifying secrets, one that made me literally want to die, and then making the biggest mistake of my life and ending things with a boy who I loved dearly, and a year later still do, I was a mess. And when he came onto me, I didn't stop him. As it escalated, I let it. I was weak, and desperate for security and comfort. And he was providing it. But it was SO wrong. He was older, married, and my BEST FRIGGING FRIEND'S UNCLE. Finally, after he kissed me, I was like OKAY NO. This needs to end here. But still. BLEGH.
I have this habit of having bad things happen in the summers, and then reaching out to unconventional older men for a distraction. Sigh. At least I know now what I do.
