I listen a lot to psychedelic electronic music genres and some songs give me an overwhelming feeling of pure bliss, a type of high. And some songs make me feel adrenaline rushes as if I'm speeding down a road in a fast car, almost lifting into the air.
I'm curious whether this is a rare thing to feel this from listening to music (without the use of drugs) or if it's common.
I noticed a significant increase in productivity and results when I started listening to Russian hard bass at the gym. Similarly when I listen to chillwave or soft trance I’m calmer while driving my vehicle. Lately I’ve been having the most significant experience this while listening to Rezz. Also of note, I don’t, nor have I ever used drugs or alcohol, I’m able to connect with music on a deep level without chemically altering my state of mind.
