You dont have computer addiction but your mind freezing as a response to not using the computer is not normal. If you were addicted to the computer (as i am) you would be able to sit infront of the computer for 6 hours without noticing it or looking away. There have been times when i have wokeup in the morning gone on the computer and when i got up to have a smoke it was night again.
If your mind is freezing as a result of not using the computer that is more likley to be either a neurological issue or a personality issue. In either case you should see neuroligist. You dont have computer addiction.
