way not healthy. You need to decrease the amounts til you don't drink them anymore. Maybe have like one a week or month, but those are just full of no-bueno ingredients and it messes with your heart and your adrenaline....too much of repeat after repeart with energy drinks is gonna increase the risk of some heart issue.
