I understand he'll know where or who sent it. It sounds as if he was going to eventually see your body either way, this was just not how you planned. So slight set back now he'll either be a little more excited and looking forward to it, or if for some reason he didn't like what he saw then maybe he'll move on and you won't need to waste your time on him. His loss!
My point about face was you seem to be in an early stage of relationship with this person. You may have a bigger worry, if he decides to post it and make it public.
Hope that's not the case, but once sent you never know where it's going to pop up.
