I think men do have a say in it through their ability to talk to the woman. Maybe you could argue that that say isn't big enough, or should for formalised in law. However, since it is the woman's body I think it can *only* be her final decision. I know that's far from a perfect solution, but the only other solution I can see opens up the possibility of forced abortions which makes me want to be sick.
