A strange nightmare

I had this dream where I was in my cousins house, I was with my 20 year old brother, my 17 year old cousin and my brothers 20 year old friend, my uncle and aunt started talking backwards, everything was distorted, objects were floating around the sofa was flipped to 180 degrees. My other cousin who is 18 was a giant bee and her brother had three heads, my other cousin she had said things like " Wanna play Uno? If you win I'll spare you your life, if you lose I'll eat one of you ", I watched and my brother, my 17 year old cousin and my brothers 20 year old friend was eaten alive in front of me I saw feet and hands filled with blood. I tried to escape but I was respawned back to the house and heard a message " You cannot escape anyway, play with me now! "

    Do you get enough sleep? I usually get nightmares if I go a day without sleep.

    take it easy on the shrooms ma'am.

    No, really. You should try to clear your mind or things before you go to sleep. Itll prevent weird dreams recurring. :)

        Well, for example if you watch a scary movie right before you go to bed. Try and clear your mind of those thoughts.
        Maybe think of projects you want to start, or things you want to do or fun things you've done. And if the same dream/Negative thoughts get into your head, gently push them out by thinking of good things. It works, trust me :)
