I would deffo have to say something, in jest and when shes alone with you. But yeah this is normal, you can't create unnaturally self growing shits, no matter how hard you try, she must have a decent diet... but when trying to flush, fill a bucket with water and tip it down, works every time :P
LOL! Sad to say that a friend of mine left something similar for me as well. It must be so mortifying when you have to leave someone's house without being able to flush your log... In my case, the turd was impossibly thick as well, but this dude was an impossibly huge guy. The fact that such a small person laid waste to your toilet is beyond me.

1000 buckets of water all at once wouldn't have budged the turd. That log needed a frickin' laser beam. Or a jack hammer.
