Someone recently made a post about how cyber bullying is a load of BS.

I live in a small town and refuse to use FaceBook, this means everyone in my town can go on FB and say whatever they want about me knowing I won't know. But I do know because people bully me about things that they should not know anything about, everything I say to anyone gets published by the children in this town on FB and is used to subtlety bully me on FB and I can't do anything about it.
"Just join FB" I hear you all cry. Why should I why should I give in.
So everything I say get's put on FB and snowballs and all the bitch's in this town blow it out of proportion to make it worse because FB turns adults into bithchy little 13yo cheerleaders and I can't live a normal life.

Fuck you! Cyber Bulling does affect people my life has been ruined because of it.

    It's not like any of this will mean shit to you in ten years. You won't have to stay in that crappy little town, ever see any of those kids again, or even waste 10 seconds a year thinking about any of it ever again, once you are an adult.
    We all go through it, be it on fb today, or with fists flying in my day. You are not unique, nor is what you are going through, sorry.

    Don't join FB if you don't want to. Joining FB wouldn't do anything to solve your current problems, these people won't just magically stop their bitching, they could just exclude you from seeing it.

    If they rely on insulting you for their dose of entertainment, their opinions shouldn't matter, anyway.

    Sorry to hear that man, I don't use fbook much anymore. For some reason I thought of Kyle from southpark reading this to me, if that makes any sense? ...I'm not high..I swear

    Do you think you could turn your life around though? Get out of the small town life start fresh, ignore fbook it's silly to use unless you're wanting to stay close to old friends and new, it just depends how you use it.

    Someone, Lolax needs help, People keep saying she is underaged, when in the guidlines, it says "18 and above" Someone needs to help her, they keep reporting her for stupid things! on"Do you like Bully's"

    I wrote a post today about cyber-bullying too but I think you may be talking about the poll that got comments I also saw and made a topic about.

    My opinion is that people do get upset too easily over these things, but I do understand how it can cause problems when it's people you know because effects your personal life. I think most people agreed that being harassed and gossiped about by people you know is an exception.

    I do think it is stupid when somebody asks a question somewhere like here and then gets upset when they are attacked by trolls or receive critical opinions.
    That is because random people on the internet do not effect you unless you let them.

    But I would be upset too if people I knew in my personal life were talking shit about me publically on facebook. I think that falls under legal harassment as well.
