A preteen gave me her number

Ok I know it's not normal but I was walking my dog in the park when a teenage girl no older than 14 i think went up to me and started talking then at the end she said we should hang out and gave me a piece of paper with her number and tried to kiss me. She walked away and I just stood there like wtf. Later I called her and explained what happened and I'm not into that kind of stuff. Not sure what to do

    Why in the world would you call this child? Are you completely INSANE? If she has caller ID, now she has YOUR number. You could end up in a world of hurt, including jail.

    First of all, if the girl was/is between 13 and 19, she is not a pre-teen. She is a teen.

    Assuming you're referring to someone under 13 y/o, there is no State in the Union that permits sexual engagement with someone that age. In the U.S., the minimum age ranges from 13 - 18, with some VERY specific restrictions on anyone under 18.
