    Europeans think differently than Americans; and I suspect that this plays a lot differently in Europe than here in America.

    Right now President Biden is focusing his international agenda on building unity with Europe.

    I watched his press conference today. He does not seem to be using it a lot - and is clearly not emphasizing it.

    Just because a person uses a term now and then does not make it branding.

      When a lot of leaders from around the world use it it becomes branding. May not even be collaborating on it, doesnt matter the perception is enough. To use it with the stigma it has he is not caring about the people on the other side of his politics
