Water is certainly very special, but probably no more so than air to the average human. Some people, like you and I, just happen to have a strong connection to water... I don't know if it's spiritual or something scientific. All I know, is like you, I've always felt at peace and in my creative centre when I'm around water. It's just so beautiful and gentle, but yet so powerful and amazing. ^.^
