What level of rude are you talking about?
Are you talking about:
- trolls who intentionally insult to get reactions?
- people who take an IIN post or answer too personally and lash out at the OP or person trying to help?
- the users that are blunt and don't give generic, sugar coated, PC answers?(I don't consider these kinds of users rude, but I've seen others who see them as rude.)
Anyway, I voted normal because there's always going to be rude people on advice websites.
1 and 2.
i think #2 is in abundance. seriously.
#3 is ok by me, i think.
...i also find it rude when some people commenting/inserting bad taste jokes when there are discussions that are relatively serious.
...grammar nazis here are also quite rude sometimes.
Yeah, definitely number 2. In just August alone I've been insulted by users who seem to take my IIN posts the wrong way. I found it quite amusing. I honestly can't take those users seriously now.

...and there's another kind of rude i guess. a new one thanks to asstastics. the "nobody gives a fuck" kind of rude.
