    Very true an adult off average strength can rip off a ball sack completely. As for the biting the penis off the jaw muscle is the strongest in the body and could cut it off but one wouldn't actually need to even if it was left hanging on a bit the rapist would be in agony and retreat:) also if it was connected up again , he got to hospital in time, hopefully getting an erection would be difficult if not impossible therefore his raping days would be over.               I know that but who was it that was brandishing the "massive dick " in the story ?
