Look. Girls talk about who they like all the time and fawn over them with other girls, and even close guy friends. Hey if you don't like it you could just make a joke of it every time or hint or mock her, like "someone is obsessed with YYYY" or "why don't you marry him already" or something like that.
You could be a jerk about it and tell her seriously, and risk being accused of jealousy. If I'm uncomfortable with something, I usually just change the topic.
