Maybe because its unexpected. Sometimes it feels to me touches I don't see coming feel more intense then prepared for touches. Add that to the fact you like your ass touched and I can see why its a nice sensation. Especially if you focus more on the type of person you would like it to be vs the not so appealing alternative. :)
