I would say about 90%% crazy bro. I mean, ok you built a bond with that bear and by all means, there should be no problem with anyone at any age to have a problem sleeping with something they like to hug.. (most people opt with a pillow however). But the part where you personify this teddy bear and say it will justify bad mouthing with some type of "punishment"... thats where you took a seat on the crazy train.
I suggest you force yourself to stop sleeping with the bear, even for a week, but have it near, on or in the night stand, on a shelf, somewhere close. Slowly branch away from it without completely and all of a sudden just putting it in a box or something.
If you ask me for the honest truth, you are 30. thats all that needs to be said man.. good luck
Thanks for the advice. I guess the stuff that sounds crazy, its more of a joke to deflect teasing or criticism. It's not like the teddy bear is going to put out a hit on them... but its fun to make them think its possible :-)
