What's a "normal" number of sexual partners (realizing it's relative to age and so forth)? How about a 40YO married female who's number currently stands at 20 all time. Is that "normal"? High? Low?

Depends on how long you've been married and if you've been in open relationships. But averaging less than one per year doesn't sound all that high.
