It's not about feeling the same, it's about taking any new relationship and basing it on its own merits. Never compare your next girlfriend to a previous one, we tend to get somewhat upset about that. If you enjoy her for who she is, and don't compare her against who she is not, you will probably find things go a whole lot smoother. You can not turn on love the minute you meet someone new, it takes time and effort to grow, so let it develop in its own way. If you stop worrying about your X for 10 minutes you might even find you enjoy being with someone new.
