That kind of language at that age reflects either the language at home or in his environment. Find out where he's learning it and remove that influence. That said, that kind of anger and rage could be a sign of juvenile bi-polar. It can be controlled with meds and counseling and if caught early enough can be prevented from causing serious issues when older. I say this as my now 10 year old was diagnosed with jbp a little over a year ago. The meds are helping and he is a different person. If his problem is psychological then spanking - which I'm a fan of - won't help.
I would definitely seek some professional guidance from a child psychologist.
