Sounds like he needs to have his mouth thoroughly washed out with ivory soap and then bare his bottom for a long hard belting. Maybe even punish him like this for three nights in a row, or you could do like my mom used to and make him hold the bar of soap in his mouth while you strap and cane his bare butt
