Women, yes. Always. Until I get to know them. Then their personality usually changes my opinion of them as a person. And their personality dictates whether I want to spend time with them. But it usually doesn't change my...other intentions ;)
Other men, also yes, but how differently I treat them is inversely related to the current status of my self-esteem. The higher my self esteem, the less differently I treat them.
